3. Payments

• Payments are due as specified in the project agreement or invoice.

• Work may begin upon receipt of the initial deposit or full payment, depending on the project terms.

• Failure to make payment may result in delayed delivery or cancellation of the project.

4. Intellectual Property

• All design and video materials remain the property of Eman Gamal Gomaa until full payment is received.

• Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise stated.

• Eman Gamal Gomaa reserves the right to showcase completed work in the portfolio or promotional materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

5. Revisions and Approvals

Clients are entitled to revisions as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions outside of the agreed limit may be subject to additional fees. Once final files are approved and delivered, further edits may incur new project charges.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• If a project is canceled by the client before completion, the client is responsible for payment of work completed up to that point.

• Deposits are non-refundable once project work has started.

• Refunds are not available after final delivery unless a major error on our part is identified.

7. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to ensure quality and accuracy, Eman Gamal Gomaa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of designs, videos, or website content.
